Bringing together leaders in mental health


Paul Berkowitz, MD
Dr. Berkowitz is a double board certified psychiatrist (general psychiatry and consultation-liaison pyschiatry) with 23 years of experience providing psychiatric care in both outpatient and inpatient settings. He treats adult patients to address a number of psychiatric conditions including depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, PTSD and OCD. His areas of interest include the treatment of mood disorders (depression and bipolar disorder), treatment resistant depression, and psychiatric issues associated with other medical conditions.


Heerain Shah, MD
Dr. Shah is a Psychiatrist and has been providing mental health services for 13 years in outpatient and in-home settings. He treats individuals, families and addresses anxiety, depression, hyperactive disorder (ADD / ADHD), obsessive compulsive disorder (OCD), and social anxiety disorder.
Dr. Shah is Board Certified in Child & Adolescent Psychiatry and in Adult Psychiatry. His philosophy is simple: know your patients, understand where they are coming from, and look at the situation in the context of the surroundings. This means he will take time to get to know you and your family and work together to form a treatment plan. Every decision must be an educated and informed decision and Dr. Shah will guide you through the process.


Maurizio Fava, MD
Dr. Fava holds a number of distinguished titles, including Psychiatrist-in-Chief at the Massachusetts General Hospital (MGH), Director of the Division of Clinical Research at the MGH Research Institute, Executive Director of the MGH Clinical Trials Network and Institute, and Associate Dean for clinical and translational research and the Slater Family Professor of Psychiatry at Harvard Medical School. Dr. Fava brings a wealth of experience as one of the foremost leaders in mental health care in America today.


Lisa Raciak, LCSW
Lisa Raciak is an experienced therapist with a strong background in hospital settings. She takes a collaborative approach to therapy, using evidence-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Strength-Based Therapy, and holistic methods. Committed to building strong therapeutic relationships, Lisa customizes treatment to meet the unique needs of each client, fostering personal growth and well-being. She specializes in working with individuals facing addiction and substance use issues, LGBTQ+ identity concerns, mood disorders, psychosis, and relationship challenges.


Donna Czech, APRN, FNP-BC
Donna Czech is a Family Nurse Practitioner with five years of experience providing psychiatry services in outpatient, in-home, and treatment settings. She specializes in working with young adults and adults, addressing a range of mental health concerns, including mood disorders, ADHD, anxiety disorders, psychosis, and substance use disorders. With extensive experience conducting comprehensive health assessments, Donna is skilled at identifying both current and emerging medical diagnoses, ensuring holistic care for her patients.
